We can draft plans for a very reasonable price with a short turnaround time; and provide you with a floor plan, electrical plan, foundation plan, elevations, and 3D renderings. We also provide architectural designs for both commercial and residential.
Our portfolio has ranged from Single-family dwellings to multi-family, townhouses, ADU, metal building new construction, additions, and conversions.
We look at each project as a unique entity, starting from the initial phase of the design, we listen carefully to each of our clients and ask many questions to learn their desired style, exclusive needs, and requirements. From the initial step of the programming phase, where we will define a concept, craft a mood board, and initial space planning, we then process our design to the schematic phase, where we will have conceptual sketches, FF& E selections, from here we will continue the next phase with design development, this is the phase we start to refine the concept and FF& E selection based on the feedback from our clients, followed showcasing our professional architecture drawings to present our complete design ideas.
Qu is a member of AIA and NCARB, has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior architecture and design from a CIDA-accredited school, the Academy of Art University, and has been working and mentored by the licensed local architect. Qu is a member of both the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design from the CIDA-accredited Academy of Art University.
With extensive experience across all phases of design, Qu brings a balance of creativity and technical expertise to every project. Her diverse portfolio spans both interior and architectural work, and she continues to grow under the mentorship of a licensed local architect.
Over the past two years, as she has built her own practice, Qu’s projects have been successfully approved by numerous counties throughout California and other states, a testament to her rofessionalism and design acumen.
